• Effective utilization of FSI – T-Box ensures effective utilization of Floor Space Index (FSI) for commercial purposes. As the seats are deemed temporary, plot of land can be commercialized for much better revenue models by not investing in permanent seating infrastructure.

• Safe and Sturdy – Arena with a seating capacity of 112 people can accommodate additional 40 people standing.

• Enhanced mobility – In order to transport T-box units in the easiest way possible, they have been designed to add up to the exact measurements of either a 20 feet or 40 feet shipping or storage container.

• Versatility of use – Both variants of T-Box (6 rows and 11 rows) can be placed either indoors or outdoors – it is up to the user to use them either as a mobile facility or to have the system placed permanently at the venue. Many events need adjustable capacities, and the T-Box can be easily adjusted to the need of the event in minimum time.

• Ease of storage – The T-Box can be stored without any difficulties either indoors or outdoors. The system is weatherproof and the single units can be stacked on top of each other.
